Our big house overlooks the stunning fjord in Odda. Our basement apartment sleeps 6ppl, 2 large rooms, with a homey-feel, a very basic kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms overlook the water of the fjord. We make the beds with clean sheets and doonas and towels
It's the perfect place to stay if your hiking to Trolltunga. We are Located just 3-5 minute walk to the town centre, shops and bus-stop.

We have 2 large rooms, both overlooking the fjord and mountains outside your window. One room which doubles as lounge room has a day bed that rolls out & can be made into a double & also a sofa couch.
and the other room with 4 beds. (2 singles and a bunk)
a simple kitchen has a small stove, fridge, basic kitchen things.
A standard bathroom with heated floors
The apartment is not new, but cosy. We have heaters in the room, when cold.
Our house is located in the heart of Odda just a 3 min walk to shops, the bus stop, tourist info and town centre. We are 15-20min from the starting from skjeggedal the starting point for trolltunga. 5 min walk to the trolltunga shuttle bus

Guest will have their own access to the basement apartment.
We provide the key lock code so you can arrive when it suits you, and use the code to open the door.
Your own kitchen, equipped with a fridge, simple stove top and microwave. The bathroom is basic with shower. We have free wifi and parking on the street.

We have some stairs that lead down the apartment, not suitable for wheelchair access.
If you are travelling by bus we ask you please notify us so we can send you a different set of directions, Also if walking from bus stop the path is on grass not suitable for suitcase with wheels.

I'm an Australian living in Norway. I’m a mum, a wife & love to cook, be outdoors & host people. My husband and I love to travel, good music, & treehouses.

Myself & My husband are just upstairs..
we try to keep the noise down as possible. But we live upstairs you may hear us sometimes, footsteps, it’s not something we have a negative comments on but something we like to mention.
Depending on time and our jobs, interaction with us may vary. But we are friendly!. We are just up the stairs. so not far if you need anything! We live on the same property, so if we are home we like to say hello. My husband and I run two airbnb locations out of our home, and we have a little daughter we are busy looking after. So If we are home we like to say a quick hello and welcome you, but it depends on how much time we have, we also like to give you privacy.
I’m usually available on the phone. But will normally busy with family bedtimes/feeding between 18:00-20:00. I will not be contactable after midnight - or before 6:00am.
