Welcome to our Farm Cottage. The farm is an easy drive to Port Arthur, Hobart and Triabunna. We hope you will Love the farm with plenty of local food and wine on offer.
Dinners are available as is our amazing farm breakfast with some notice, at very reasonable prices, we make a feature of our farm produce and from the Bay in front.
Forget uber eats just order a Seafood or Mixed Platter to the cottage, or enjoy country dining in the farm house with Tasmanian Wine - see menu in guest interaction!

Please don't hesitate to stroll round the gardens by the house as well, since the bushfires of 2013 this has been a passion and a tireless objective to restore the original home's beautiful gardens......
Dinners can be negotiated with you for a booking in the main homestead or platters delivered to the cottage.

Keys are not a problem as we are always on site and will be in touch with you if there is any change.

We are on tanks and use septic flush system please use both responsibly, please flush nothing other than paper down the toilet, water is an issue for us as we have had prolonged dry weather please make showers short. The machine for washing is exclusively for long term stayers, who must ask first so I can check water levels before using.
We have enjoyed the company of really responsible guests on the whole and that is why there is no cleaning charge, we ask you to assist to keep it so, we will need to charge a cleaning fee of $50 if left in a messy state, however we know that will not happen..... So please enjoy your stay at Phoenix Farm.

Here are some recent Dinners I have been cooking for fine dining in the main farm house.
Lamb and Seafood platters to the cottage prices are slightly lower so please discuss
Breakfast at $20 per person
Oysters Natural or Kilpatrick 6 — $15 12—$25
"Phoenix Farm” Lamb with seasonal salad/veg and Dessert at $40 pp. { seafood entree extra $15 }
Grilled Fish of the Day with seasonal salad/veg and dessert $35 pp [lamb entree $15 extra]
Seafood Platter with 6 different local seafood is also a popular choice, plus Dessert at $50 pp.
Tender steak with Prosciutto and Blue Cheese chive mash and veg… plus dessert $45 pp.

As you can see I try to focus upon our farm produce plus local seafood, especially from the Bay in front of the farm, it is a good balance all round.
Finally, please advise me about likes, dis-likes and allergies, also Vegetarian or Vegan choices.
