Nine Miles passing the town of Samana is the location of Vista Mare Private Service Residences. Is a gated community with 86 privately owned condos, overlooking the Bay of Samana. The two bedrooms unit we offer is completely furnished, including all kitchen utensils, china, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Uninterrupted views to the Bay and the mountains across the water.

The complex counts with 24 hours security and reception desk. Two private beaches, a Club House with two pools, a la carte restaurant and bar. Free parking, Internet, gym and table tennis. There is also a SPA and a mini-market offering service for moderate prices.
WiFi INTERNET CONNECTION is available everywhere in the complex and a private connection inside the apartment.

This place is not suitable for guests with mobility problems if the idea is going to the beach. Also notice that there are steps to descend one floor since the condo is located in a lower level, which is the ground floor and the access to the building or main floor is really the second floor.
Due to the location on top of the hill, the panoramic view is exceptional.

I am a very friendly and social person. Have Spanish/ Latin ancestors but I was born in an island in the Caribbean. During my adulthood spent many years living in Toronto/Canada It was a while before I discovered just by chance the Montana paradise. My profesion was Architecture but I got a post grade in Planning of Tourism. That changed my life completely and I spent many years in the field of Tourism. Had the opportunity to travel a lot during those years and as a result, got good friends in many countries, mainly in Europe and all the Americas. Now I am retired after many years in the Travel and Hotel Industry I enjoy playing the piano since I was a kid Not a professional but...I consider myself a good pianist and all the time I challenge myself to play more technically demanding classical music. What else I do? I love outdoor activities like hiking, biking, kayaking,skiing. If you collect stamps...we have a lot to talk about! My personal library looks like a public library. Therefore, if you feel like reading during your visit, we can explore it and find a good book for you. My latest toy is a 1973 Airstream travel trailer. Well...not really latest since I got a sailboat this year. I guess that now I can also add trailer camping and sailing to my activities :-)) And very important: My wife is one of the best realtors I have ever met. She can always find the best property to match your needs. And she is the best sailor I ever met. That means that I will not have too many chances to be the captain but the crew. Am I saying anything new? :-)
