I am an outdoor person and love the Mountains. Our Virginia Mountain retreat consists of several cabins, a farm house and great access to all the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. Our family spends lots of time in the area around this cabin. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, running, fishing, wine tasting and viewing the wildlife that we share the mountains with. As a boy I always dreamed of owning property with a view that had access to Shenandoah National park. My dad used to take me camping in the park along with his Scout troop. I have great memories of hiking with him on the trails in the central portion of the Park that this cabin adjoins. I am drawn to big views and heights and that is why I like this location. My "day job" is HVAC Contracting. I also own a fine Art Gallery, in Ashland, VA. My enjoyment of working on older homes and my contracting business allow me to fix up these cool old cabins built in the 1970's with all the creature comforts of 2013 and to share them with the public from time to time when our family is not using them. I own and manage properties in Florida, Colorado, and Virginia. When I travel I like lots of information so we like to make sure our guests know all about the amazing Green County area were this cabin is located. There is so much to see and do. When I host I want my guests to always feel like royalty. Details are important to me and my wife and when we share our cabins we want everything to go perfectly. We are always around to answer questions and make sure that the experience is exceptional! A few things I really need in life are: beer, wine, altitude, good food, friends, nature, and flip flops. All of this is near when we are in the mountains of VA. We hope to help our Airbnb guests to enjoy all that the Virginia mountain area has to offer.
