The place is all yours! You are getting the whole house minus our 3rd bedroom that we use for personal storage.
Please note that we only allow a maximum of 4 guest and you will need to declare the number of guest when you are booking.

Positively no animals of any kind are permitted on premise (Positively no exceptions) we want to keep our place free of pet fur and dander as we do have guest that are allergic.
Positively no smoking is permitted inside of our home, (absolutely no exceptions) you are welcome to use the outdoor areas if you must smoke, and we ask kindly that you allow a few minutes to pass before reentering the home as we do not wish the inside of our home to smell like an ashtray. Many of our guest do not smoke and we want our home to remain smoke free.
If you are a smoker and this message is offending you in anyway we apologize and would like to suggest that you look for another property.

Our home is in the woods, it is quiet with a lovely creek that runs through the property, it is a great place to hike and explore. Red Hill gas station and convenience store is a 7 minute drive away and offers the essentials.
The town of Burnsville is about 20 minutes away, it is a lovely little town offering great food shopping and has a number of small family run restaurants and coffee shops. There is lots of sightseeing to do in the area with a great sites like Mount Mitchell, Grandfather Mountain and Pisgah national Park.
