I host one party at a time. You will have total privacy as you have exclusive use of the lower level of my home, located in a quiet, safe suburb. There is one large bedroom with a queen & twin, and a family room with a full bed. Both rooms have TV with FIOS. Nearby is the Reston & Dulles Town Centers, Air & Space Museum, WO&D trail. A little further are great wineries, outlet shopping & Tysons. It is 7 miles to the Wiehle Metro stop on the Silver Line, and 25 miles into The District.

The bedroom is a very large space that use to be 2 rooms. One side of the room has a queen bed, 2 end tables, and a double closet. The other side of the room has a twin bed, a small sitting area, and a double closet. In the middle is a desk and the TV, which can be angled toward either side. The bedroom has four large windows with blinds and sheers, that let in a lot of natural light. Both beds are very comfortable. There is a double bed in the family room that is also great for lounging. I also have a twin blow up bed if needed.

You will be given the access code to the front door prior to your arrival. You will also be given a key to your bedroom doors. You are free to come and go as you please. Our spaces are completely separate and your comings and goings will not disturb me.

My neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Please plan to park in front of my house. There is a small shopping area within walking distance (1 mile with sidewalks), but you really need a car or plan to use Uber/Lyft. The neighborhood is heavily forested (for a suburban setting) and the trees are quite beautiful in Spring, Summer and Fall. You can also access the WO&D trail directly from my neighborhood.
