My husband and I fell in love with Nicaragua, bought an ocean view lot and built a dream vacation house. It is situated away from tourist areas, so you enjoy privacy and the real Nicaragua. You'll hear the ocean waives and the sound of cicadas. Surfing is fantastic but there is lots to do if you don't surf. Perfect for couples, a group of friends, surfers, solo adventurers, and families. 24/7 security. EXTRA PEOPLE FREE (up to 5)

This is a newly built beautiful open space house with very high ceilings to keep the airflow optimal. As well, the house has a double roof with air in between which keeps the heat out.

The guests can access the entire house. There is additional shower outside of the house to rinse off after you come back from the beach.

It is quiet with the sounds of nature. Excellent surfing brakes 150m from the house and even better 10 min walk on the beach to a surfing bay called Nahualapa.

We love life in Nica! The roar of the ocean, the fresh warm ocean air, tropical birds, turtles, crabs, fresh fruit and veggies (no preservatives/chemicals), empty beaches (yes it feels like your own private beach) but most importantly, we love friendly local people!
