WE ARE FOLLOWING ALL CDC GUIDELINES IN CLEANING AND DISINFECTANT. ALSO ADDING ANTI BACTERIAL SOAP IN KITCHEN AND BATH ROOM........ADULTS ONLY. This lovely efficiency is the downstairs unit of the Edelweiss Townhouse Cabin with separate entrance and parking and is part of a six rental unit complex centered around a community outdoor pool only minutes from Lake Lure marina, Chimney Rock and the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).. It has a combination living room-kitchen with a four foot bar dividing the king size bedroom for privacy. There is a fireplace, TV, free WIFI, VCR, and the master bath has a two-person oval Jacuzzi tub. A private deck off bedroom faces the woodlands and allows guests to enjoy the local wildlife. This unit offers the seclusion many couples seek for relaxing and recharge. THIS CABIN IS ADULTS ONLY, NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. Centrally located by the pool is a large dining area with grills and a fire pit. Property has no restaurant or food service, however, is 5 minutes from most local restaurants. We are located on a private hilltop with an uphill Gravel driveway which may be a challenge for motorcyclists. NO PETS. (Certified Service Dogs must have all documentation, be on a leash at all times, wear a service vest, and pay an additional $350 for sanitizing the cabin upon check-out).
