My studio is located near the monumental area of Palermo and is immersed in the atmosphere of a special neighborhood. It is a short walk to the pedestrian area of the historic center (Porta Nuova), the main monuments (Cathedral, Norman Palace, Catacombs of the Capuchins, Quattro Canti, etc ...), universities, historical markets, restaurants and pubs.

The studios is ideal for those who will not settle for a simple place to stay, and are looking for originality. The apartment consists of a spacious 50 square meters + 9 square meters loft unique environment, high and free of separating elements except for the toilet. The two beds, one king and one queen, are respectively above and below the loft. The shower is separate from the toilet that contains a sink and a toilet with hand shower bidet.

As well as soap, towels, sheets and dishes you will find: coffee, oil, salt, sugar and some other long-life food. Plus: coffee makers, microwave, electric kettle; air conditioning, radiators, fan; iron, hair dryer with diffuser, LED TV 42 inches, pc notebook; first aid kit; baby bed (on request and at no additional cost).

You reach the loft by a steep staircase and the ceiling height varies from a maximum of 2.00 to 1.20 meters. If you are in four, you will share in two the king size bed and the queen size bed.
HOW TO REACH US:
Inside the airport, on the lower ground floor, you will find the metro station. From 5,15 am to 10,42 pm every half hour, a train will take you to Palermo (the ticket price is € 5.90). Alight at the "Palazzo Reale - Orleans" stop and you will be a couple of minutes away from your destination. On your smartphone you will receive the exact location of the apartment.
On leaving the airport you will find the bus Prestia & Comandè. Adult ticket (single ride) price € 6.30; reduced TKT (3/12 years) € 4.00. Drop off at the last stop: Central Station terminal. Departures from the airport to Palermo: from 05.00am to 12.30pm (from 06.30am onwards every 30 minutes). Departures from Palermo to the airport: from 04:00am to 10:30pm (every 30 minutes).
From the Central Station you can walk (1.4 km) or take the free shuttle "Free Centro Storico" that will lead you to Piazza Indipendenza. From there it is just a couple of minutes to your studio. On your smartphone you will receive the exact location of the apartment. Have a good trip!
If you prefer a taxi ride from the airport to Piazza Indipendenza is € 40.00. At the arrivals area, there are 2 taxi-sharing-service lanes. Cars and lanes are easy to find. The price is 8 € per passenger only if the minimum of 4 users is reached.
If you decide to come by car and do not want to leave it unattended off-street, just a few meters from the studio there is a secure parking operating 24 hours a day (fee payable).
