apartment to rent on the Avenue Jean Médecin in full center of Nice.
Close of all conveniences: 10 min on foot of the sea, 2 min on foot of the train station, nearby the public transportation, near the old town. Building is secured with guard (on the same floor).
The studio contains a kitchen with full facilities, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bed for 1 person in a mezzanine and a sofa-bed for 2 persons +TV flat screen and air conditioning and wifi internet. There is a small balcony giving onto the avenue Jean Médecin.
Maximum capacity 2 persons. Animals not accepted.

The location is great,it is very close to the train station and in walkable diatance to old nice. Florin checks me in in person,and gave good tips for my visit in nice.

Florin's place is in a centrally- located area accessible by tram from the airport or train station. The apartment is very small and is barely big enough for two people. Florin is very nice and even gave us great tips for dining.
