Bright cheery room w/double bed, linens, kitchen privileges, coffee in morning. WiFi. Large veranda to relax on. Located in very quiet tranquil area, walking distance to public transportation to all parts of the Peninsula. A 10-15 minute walk or 5-minute ride to local beautiful beaches & the quaint little village of Las Galeras. Las Galeras makes a nice homebase to enjoy touring the entire Peninsula & Samana Sierras, seen in the back ground of the Las Galeras' beaches. Perfect for honeymooners!

In the Village four-wheelers, motorcycles & cars can be rented for touring the Peninsula and to enjoy beach hopping! There is scuba diving, horseback riding, boat rentals, fishing, whale excursions in season, breathtaking boat ride to beautiful Rincon beach! On most beaches freshly caught fish & Dominican cuisine is served. Day trips to Barcardi Island can also be arranged.
Las Galeras has many nice bakeries with freshly baked bread & pastries as well as a variety of restaurants, many of which are French, Italian, & Dominican.
