Minutes to s/w/n/e highways. 10 minutes to JWU univ. and 20-25 min walk 8 min drive to RISD and Brown Univ. Blocks from the best restaurants in Providence. Onsite parking is available.

Guest will have access to all areas of the apartment (only the first floor). Outside deck as well.

If keys are lost will be charged a 50$ fee. Because Locks would have to be changed.
There’s a tv but no cable! It’s a Chromecast you can screen your tv apps with your smart device
