There is no wifi or air conditioning. Stop now if you have to have those things!

The Treehouse has lovely hardwood floors, huge windows, a queen bed, a kitchenette stocked with essentials, and a bath featuring handmade tile.

The Treehouse is a single unit so you'll have access to everything in it. This apartment is above my garage, so the parking area is shared. The Treehouse is oriented into the woods so you will have complete privacy as well as the safety of neighbors close by.

There is no wifi or TV in this apartment. Be prepared to unplug for a while. There is plenty of cell reception.
There is no A/C. A fan is provided and it is very shady, so with windows open it's comfortable throughout the year. But if you run hot or need AC to sleep this is not the place for you!
Please do not knock on the door of the main house. My dog will go ballistic. Text/call/message instead!
This is a rural home surrounded by flower gardens. Occasionally and despite my best efforts, a bug, spider or other nature loving creature may wander inside, especially if the door is left open.

You will be next door to my house (as you're on the top floor of the garage) and in winter months you may be able to see the neighbor's house through the woods. Otherwise it's trees all around.
