You will be delighted by this newly renovated condo. Our cozy, colorful space is the perfect place to relax, play on the lake, and enjoy breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Hamiliton.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). There is a $50 pet fee.

1 bedroom, 1 bath comes with studio kitchen that includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, and a sofa. Relax and watch racing or football on the flat screen 32' TV with cable and DVD player. We have a covered boat slip available to rent if you bring your own boat.

The complex has a huge swimming pool overlooking the lake and lots of green space. Two swimming docks and picnic area create a great outdoor space that is an extension of indoor dewelling.
Laundry facilities are located just steps from the condo and 1 covered parking space is included.

Whether you are in Hot Springs to enjoy the live horse races, or gaming at Oaklawn, conventions, hospital business, muesems, lakes, fishing, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, or a honeymoon we have a deal for you.

My wife and I love Hot Springs and have lived here for 30 years. A few years ago, we made the wonderful decision to buy a lake condo. When we aren't out at our lake condo relaxing for the weekend or entertaining family and friends, we love traveling, playing golf and going to visit our three kids!

住宿期間
To make the check in process simple for guests, I have put in a door code to access the condo. Although I do not usually meet the guests in person, I live nearby and am readily available for any questions, needs or advice!
