For those of you who desire a getaway, come and experience a relaxing escape right in the heart of Condado. The studio is located at Ashford Avenue, which is the prime location for Condado's best spots. You will get everything you need within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, designer stores, nightlife (bars and casinos), hotels, pharmacies, hospitals, and supermarkets. It is a short drive from Old San Juan, an area with the history and charm of the Spanish colonial period.

Kick back in our cozy living space, recharging on our full size sofa-bed while watching TV or resting on the soft queen bed. Enjoy a pleasurable rainfall shower in an all marble bathroom. Savor a candlelit dinner in a black granite fully-equipped kitchen, or enjoy a nice cup of coffee from our balcony. Our place is just a few steps from the beach for you to relax and just worry about enjoying the beautiful view and sound of the waves. For getting the laundry done, there is a commune coin washer and dryer downstairs. Additionally, there is a very good creamery/brunch place at the building lobby. This is a very secure small 10 floor complex, with a master key and camera security system.

- 10 min drive from/to the SJU airport.
- There is no need to rent a car. If a car is rented, there is free street parking or nearby privately operated parking lots available for a fee.
