The apartment are newly built luxury,total area is 100m2 and has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a terrace with a beautiful view of the Boka Bay.The apartments are modern,have two air conditioners one in living room and one in the sleeping area.The apartment have free hi speed wireless internet and cable television.In front of the apartment the quest have provided free parking space.
The apartment is located in the fashionable village of Orahovac 7km away from the Old City along that offers beautiful beaches and also this is the swimming area in Kotor because the water is crystal clear, in this village is also one of the most famous restaurant in Montenegro, which is called the Old mlini, and 3 Beach bar.
Of the additional services we have spead boat tour of the Bay of Kotor, a tour of the museum and its contents Lovcen (mountain above Kotor) and organizing rafting on the river Tara, of course, all accompanied by a guide who will present you in the best way, the beauty of this town.
For the guests that are not coming with their own vehicle we can provide transfers from / to the airport Tivat (7 km away) and airport Podgorica (80 km away).
