Bus stop downstairs for easy public transport around the city
No lift access, apartment is up 3 flights of stairs
No parking spot. There is metered street parking only directly outside of the apartment. The closest free and unrestricted street parking is located a 10-15 minute walk away.
PARKING
A temporary parking permit can be obtained for $46/month from Waverley Council Office (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022 or online. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make, model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.
For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.

The main area of the beach is the Bondi Pavilion, where the cafes, theatre, and art gallery draw many of the weekend visitors.
Near the pavilion is the most popular area to swim and offers the best choice between surf and safety - you can catch a wave without risking the dangerous conditions further south. North Bondi is a safer area of the beach, and is patrolled and generally has the calmest surf conditions as well as a children's swimming rock pool.
Take a dip in the famous Icebergs pool at a cost of $6. Those views are unbelievable!
