This is old world charm in the historical centre of the beautiful town of Swellendam . It is a self catering cottage within walking distance from excellent restaurants, the Drostdy Museum, coffee shops, art galleries and tourist attractions. It is located in a quiet street off main roads. A 16 meter long swimming pool provides a cool respite and a chance for excercise. It has WIFI, DSTV, and a braai . I live behind the cottage so I am close at hand if needed.

Safe parking inside the garage is available for one vehicle, and off street parking for another vehicle. Downstairs is a full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. There is a lounge, dining area and one bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom and bathroom. There is a 16 meter long swimming pool which you can use.
房客使用權限
You will be on your own in the cottage as I live behind it in a seperate house. I will either be available to greet you, or the keys will be in a lock box for collection.

The cottage is not ideally suited for young children. The upstairs bedroom has a window on floor level and the staircase has no safety railings. The swimming pool has no shallow end and is right next to the cottage.

The cottage has WiFi and TV, a braai and swimming pool for you use. It is within walking distance from the Drostdy Museum and a few excellent restaurants. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood with stunning mountain views. It is a short drive to the Marloth Nature reserve where you can go for stunning walks in indigenous forests.
