Private detached guesthouse in the trees. Private jacuzzi. Walk to tiny town, local restaurants, coffee shops, vintage shopping, library, and yoga. Very close to Hidden Treasures. Two bedrooms, one of which is accessible outside and upstairs, see photos. Plenty of outdoor seating areas. Right off the main boulevard so it is easy to get to. Farm animals on the property. In the cooler side of Topanga just 4 miles from the beach. Along the creek, open space and beautiful energy. A/C and heat.

Living in Topanga Canyon means living with the potential for fires, floods, and road closures. While some see this as an inconvenience, we see it as living with nature. During the dry season, there is risk of fire, during the rainy season, there is risk of mudslides, road closures, and floods. Our policy is that if we are not in active evacuation then reservations still stand. If there is a way in and out of the canyon, reservations still stand. Please know that risk when booking your stay.
There are farm and domestic animals on the property. They are not in your space. There is a rooster, chickens, goats, ducks, pot belly pig, and mini donkeys!
We are right off the main blvd which makes the guesthouse easy to find but that also means some traffic noise occasionally. Additionally getting in and out during traffic time can be a hassle. Use caution when walking.
