PLEASE NOTE that for additional guests, there is another bed room with a queen bed available at an additional charge. My home is close to restaurants, night life and public transport. You’ll love my home because of the ambiance , the very comfy bed, the outdoors space, the neighborhood. Guests keep telling us how easy it is to get to Mount Maunganui beaches Tauranga central and further afield. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NOTE kitchen closes at 8pm.

The two bedrooms and guests bathroom are in a separate wing, just inside the front door ,so can be very private if you desire. There is also sound proofing to all interior walls.

Lounge is available upon request. . Also a nice barbeque area in the right weather.Kitchen is to make tea and coffees only A guest fridge and food cupboard is also available. Jenny and Hugh are away at different times ,so ask if this will be the case on your visit
