Tea Tree Cottage is half way between Paihia and Opua with access to both via the coastal track . It is the perfect base for a walking holiday with many walks in close proximity. You’ll love the cottage as it is quiet and has native bush between it and the water. The place is perfectly set up for couple, twin share or those with a new family (portacot available on request).
Accessibility: Please note the cottage is situated down a flight of garden stairs.

The cottage has north and west facing french doors which make the most of the sunshine. You have a deck overlooking native bush and water, and a large claw footed bath to relax in. The cottage has kauri floors, bench and detailing throughout.

The cottage is a self contained studio with its own access. It does share a deck with the house, however this is partitioned off with planters.

The cottage will be set up with everything you need for your stay, and we will provide a service midway through your stay for bookings of more than five nights.

Pt Veronica is tucked away at the end of a short peninsula. It is very private with expansive views out over the Bay of Islands. There is a lot of regenerating native bush, birds and walking on offer.

We are a family of four. We both work locally and raise Ella (11) and Liam (9). Both children are avid sailors so we enjoy getting out on the water in the Bay of Islands

We are a busy working family and will leave you to enjoy the cottage and it's bush surroundings without interruption, however we are happy to help with advice on how to make the most of your stay in the Bay of Islands
