A sweeping water view of the Atlantic Ocean on Cape Cod Bay, one hour from Boston and a stone's throw to the Sagamore bridge (Cape Cod Canal) taking you to Cape Cod, this is a great seaside Cape Cod bed and breakfast in a quiet residential neighborhood.
This lovely, B&B has magnificent views, and is only steps to a private association beach. The house is surrounded with ocean front decks and patios to enjoy and watch the sunrise and sunsets.
There are four (4) rooms and one (1) Suite:
Room #1 (Ocean view) "Sandcastle" has a king bed, private en-suite bath with tub and shower, TV, Fan, A/C, refrigerator, semi-private deck with corner windows and ocean views galore.
Room #2 "Sandune" (Garden view) has a Queen bed, private bathroom with shower, TV, A/C and garden view.
Room #3 "Sandbar" (Ocean view) has a king bed, private hall bath with shower, TV, refrigerator, A/C, and a semi-private deck off the room and beautiful ocean views.
Room #4 "Sand Tower" (Ocean view) has king bed, private bath with tub and shower, TV, refrigerator, A/C, private deck with water view. Room #4a "The Sandpiper” is part of a suite with room #4 Sandtower, it has 2 twin beds and share the bathroom with room #4, it can take one or two persons, it is only rented in combination with room #4.
This beautiful Cape Cod bed and breakfast is surrounded with ocean front decks to enjoy and on a private beach. Please note: the stairs down to the private beach are steep. Fo those who need to avoid stairs, it is 2.5 miles from the B&B to beautiful Scussett Beach on Cape Cod Bay in which you can drive and park.
Nearby: Historic Sandwich center; 3 miles. Sagamore Beach Village: 2.5 miles. Bike trails along the Cape Cod Canal: 2.5 miles.
