Why stay in an expensive airport hotel? We comply or exceed CDC & AirBnb Covid19/cleaning guidance. Long term guests welcome, especially 1st responders airline staff and nurses Pets live on property but are gated from AirBnb space. Hallways & door knobs sprayed daily. We deep clean between guests. Guests asked to wear masks in public. Frig, coffee maker, @ microwave. Big non-smoking room, HY 50 & 66 to Wash, DC.

Room is on the top floor in gated hallway. Access by private stairs from kitchen. We sleep on the same floor, so please don't create loud noise after 10:00pm. Also no smoking or vaping anywhere in the house or on the estate.

Spaniels are friendly but might bark. Because we have pets, we can't permit additional furry friends. Dogs have no access to your hallway. Two short haired cats probably won't visit; but are friendly. Your hallway is gated off from the rest of the house in order to maximize privacy from pets.

We live along Route 50 minutes from Dulles Airport. Quiet neighborhood with walk and bike paths. Close to national parks, movie theaters, museums and restaurants. Well lit. Quiet neighborhood near historic sites. Owner is a former US diplomat and currently a non profit executive.
