Situated on the South Downs National Park, the Annex is a cosy and tranquil get away located in a quiet no through road in the pretty village of Rodmell. Lovingly created by ourselves with a passion for raw materials and sustainability. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 5 minute drive to Lewes town centre and only 15 minute drive from Brighton. Endless country walks on our doorstep and a cosy local pub at the bottom of the lane make for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Our 2 night stay at the Woodman's Snug was probably our coziest and most charming Airbnb to date! We appreciated all the craftsman touches and marveled at how it contained absolutely everything to make our stay fun, comfortable and soooo relaxing. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in the Woodman's snug! It's small but perfectly formed, and has exactly what you need. It really makes you feel relaxed and away from it all. Very cozy, short walk to the local pub (which does a great roast) and a short drive from lovely Lewes.
