Our Bach is very close to the beach via a walk track (60 Mtrs) with magnificent views Nth & Sth . The fishing we think is amongst the best in the country.
The Bach/ Beach house is a very original Kiwi Bach built in the sixties with all, but Basic conveniences.
Water is tank water.
Heating is via a pot belly stove.
Three separate boat ramps all within 7-15min (two beach ramps)
The town of Russell with pubs, shops, winery,& tourist tours is 25 min away.
Whangarei is 1 hr & 15 min away .

Be shore to bring all food / drinks & provisions as Russell township is 30min away and Whangarei is 1 hr 15 min. Mobile & cell reception is very limited. Txts can usually be sent and received but also can be limited. Internet from your mobile / cell is essentially non existent. Property is serviced by tank water we ask all guests to be mindful of the usage. 2 Kayaks along with life jackets are available for use by guests. Christmas period min 5 nights stay.

Very quiet, some of the best fishing in NZ. Many beautiful beaches to choose from. Rock fishing from Little Taupiri can result in a good feed of fish or try a 15 min drive to Bland bay for a beach fish.
