From parking in the garage below and wonderfully easy access (through a private rear gate) to handy bus stops on Cambridge Street, two train stations (Fremantle and Joondalup lines) only 5 minutes walk away each, metropolitan travel is wide open. You're minutes from central Perth and great shopping, Subiaco stadium,and mere metres from Pearth Organic Kitchen and our celebrated local Irish pub JB O'Reilly's (think heavenly bangers and mash).

This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.

Home is a charming 1920's weatherboard home on a tranquil tree-lined street in the heritage part of West Leederville. Semi-retired, Michael and I share our home with two very amiable dogs, Daisy the black labrador and Seamus, a golden retriever. Two cats, Ruby and Kimberley who prefer to live around the front of the house away from the dogs, complete the picture. We love travelling and have shared some wonderful Airbnb experiences.
