It has spaca for 6 people. It also has crib, laca in the balcony, coffee maker / capsule, Televisions (flat screen), musical DVD's, children's, family movies, Sound, complete kitchen.

All common areas of the building will be at your disposal (eg Deck with barbecue, swimming pool, sports court, sauna, jacuzzi, ..). There is still space available for 01 vehicle.

We pass on the cost of energy charged by Coelce (Cia de Energia Elétrica do Ceará), consumed during the stay of the guest, in order to be able to offer a fair value of the daily rate. So each one can manage their consumption without the worry of causing any surprise to the host. The measurement is made by the difference in kw, between the photos taken at the entrance and exit of the guest, and multiplied by R $ 1.00. This consumption is paid at check-out in cash or through bank transfer or through the Airbnb website.

It is located on the beach of Porto das Dunas-CE. One of the most beautiful beaches of the Cearense coast. There is also located Beach Park, one of the largest aquatic complexes in Latin America. Not to mention that you will be in front of the beach (with a guardhouse exclusive to the beach), which by the way is extremely quiet and pleasant. Great for hiking and for kids to play, with a wonderful sunset.
