A modern single family vacation home in a beachfront-to-bayfront community with tennis, pool, and marina with dock and boat slip. There are two master bedrooms with king beds, a loft with two twin beds, and a children's room with two bunk beds, so the house can sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. There are two full bathrooms. Amenities include 3 cable TVs and WiFi, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, sundeck off of master bedroom, large shaded screened porch and covered parking.

We are situated in the heart of Captiva Village - less than a five minute stroll to the beautiful gulf beach, our private marina and many restaurants, shops, fishing charters and ferries to neighboring islands.
房客使用權限
We have stocked our garage storage room with plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, shell bags and a new cart to make it easy to bring everything you need for a fun day at the beach. It is less than a 5 minute walk away. We also have plenty of beach towels stocked in the house.
If you are bringing a boat and plan to use the marina please contact George Hoch, our on-site marina manager, for a slip assignment.

hello from Jim and June. We have been coming to Captiva and Sanibel since we were kids and love it here! We both grew up mostly in Connecticut and always looked forward to those special times when we could travel to Captiva and Sanibel with our parents on vacation.
