You’ll love my place because of the private cypress and nature preserve feel. The apartment is the entire first floor of this two story Key West style home. It's perfect for couples and families looking for a serene getaway that's close to everything without the heavy traffic.

This two story home is nestled in a private cypress reserve that is walking distance to the Six Mile Cypress Slough . The rental unit encompasses the entire first floor of this beautiful Key West style home.
The unit includes a main bedroom, full bath, laundry room, Dining/Kitchen area, a spacious Second Bedroom/Living Room with closet, an enclosed Florida Room and covered drive through carport.
Share breathtaking views overlooking a manicured 2.5 acre park like setting and large saltwater pool and deck.
From the pool deck, enjoy views of the bass pond, pool and SW Florida paradise. Watch herons, ducks, hawks and the occasional eagle fly over the bass pond which is sought out by the local otters from time to time. There is plenty of room for your boat or RV.
The property is covered with numerous palms, pine, oak and moss covered cypress trees, to name just a few, providing the perfect backdrop to beautiful sunsets.
The first bedroom is nicely furnished with a Queen bed, dresser, TV and large closet.
The spacious second bedroom also serves as the living room. The Natuzzi leather queen sofa, day bed and two leather rocker/recliners make this a comfortable room to enjoy the 32 inch flat screen TV atop an electric fireplace. Double French doors open on to the glass enclosed Florida Room overlooking the landscaped front yard. CenturyLink provides high speed internet.
The kitchen/dining room features plenty of cabinets, a 10.3 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, microwave, countertop oven and a dual burner cooktop. The table seats up to six and a TV is provided to entertain all while cooking or dining.
The laundry room is next to the kitchen/dining room. It has a stacked Whirlpool Duet front loading washer and dryer as well as a closet for pantry items. Because of county regulations we had to place the sink and dishwasher in this room. Please see the photos which will show the layout.
There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub.
The 24 foot, 13,500 gallon saltwater pool and raised composite deck offer the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the lush landscaping.
Our rates are on a nightly or monthly basis. The minimum stay is four nights.
We do not charge a cleaning!
