Free pool use and access to the viewing deck to get a full view of Taal Lake.
Swimming pool closed every Mondays & Thursdays for cleaning maintenance.
2guests can use the pool.
First come, first serve basis
50 guests at a time.
6 high speed elevators
Access to the viewing deck to get a full view of Taal Lake.
Parking with fee:
P50/overnight weekdays
P50/entry weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Holidays)
First come, first serve basis.
NOTE: We suggest to park early during weekends and holidays.

*Towels for 2 persons
*Blankets, tissue paper, liquid hand soap, shampoo, bodywash and dishwashing liquid will be provided.
*Not suitable for pets.
*Late check ins until 6pm. Later than 6pm please advise so we make arrangements.
*rate only covers 2 pax including kids.
*Alteration requests must be sent 1 month before check in date.
*with additional charge for extra cleaning, linens, blankets and towels.
*Wash all kitchen and dining wares used before check out.
*No cooking of smelly foods like dried fishes esp. tuyo
*Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.
*Early check in and late check out depends upon room availability with extra charge.
To avoid fine by the admin office:
No loud noise that will disturb other guests.
Do not hang anything on the balcony grill.
Do not leave garbage along the hallway.
Always keep the door closed.
Avoid walking from the pool to the unit with wet swimwears.
There is a changing room allotted near the pool.
