Spectacular design house in the best neighborhood of Sitges. The Villa is distributed in 6 double rooms and 4 complete bathrooms. Outside we find a large garden of natural grass, a heated pool, barbecue, a play area with billiards and table football and a large table with capacity for 20 people. The spectacular kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. The living room is divided into two environments: a large table to eat together that turns into a luxurious billiard and a space with a large Chaise Longues sofa, a Smart TV and a beautiful fireplace. The distribution of the rooms is as follows: PLANT 0 - ACCESSIBLE DISABLED 1 room with 2 bunk beds (3 single beds + 1 double) 1 room with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) PLANT 1 3 rooms with double beds 1 room with 4 single beds The villa is located less than 15 minutes walking from the center of Sitges and 5 minutes from the beach. In the price of cleaning are included sheets of all beds and enough towels for all guests, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of water and another bottle of cava and coffee capsules for the coffee machine. We offer, with an extra cost, a purchase service which consists in that you send us a list with the purchase and, upon your arrival, you will have the order in the apartment or villa. And so that the parents can rest, we propose a babysitting service in which we guarantee that the children will have a great time with the playful activities of our girls.
