The house is along the RV 55, and having its own harbor. Its 9,3 km from Hella (the ferry vest for Leikanger) And 5,4km from Esso at Hermannsvark.
Its 5 km to the grossery store Herrmansverk (KIWI and Coop), and 22km for bigger shopping mall in Sogndal. Its ca 35 km to Ski center in Sgndalsdalen dirction Fjerland.
The house is organized from distance and its importune to follow the house rules.
The haus is to be left like you found it, before you leve beware of cleaning the kitchen equipment and empty the dishwasher before leaving, use the dust machine on the floor if nesessery before lev ing. Check of following the House rules will be controlled before new guests comes.
Floore cleaning of the is include if nothing other is outspoken, cleaning is include in the price you pay.

This option for the boat is only available after Easter ca 1.may and until 15.september Because of the secure and wether conditions on the fjord, water is colder and when its windy, it s a bad combination.
Price pr week is NOK 2200,- + petrol.
or rent pr day NOK 600,-
Note:
Before ester and after 1.october the boat is normally not longer in the harbor and renting can be organized, but its depending of the wether conditions and help with taking out the boat.
You are self responsible to check out rules for driving a boat. Normale Boat License is needed for people born after 1980. NB.
We also have 2 Kayak avaleble fore use at the house price is NOK 400,- pr day and 1000 pr week, but you are free to use both for the same price.
We also have 2 RED padlebords for rent, the price is NOK 400,- pr day and 1200,- pr week for one and both rented the price is NOK 600,- pr day and NOK 2000,- pr week.
Include in the rent of the house its free to use the Canue every day at yor stay.
Fore using enny kind of boats its obligatoric with safety floating west, this is available in the house, different sizes.
Jacuizzi:
The jacuzzi on the terazza can be used for a fee of NOK 500,- pr stay. Its a deuty if you deside to use it to cleean and follow the rutins for cleening and refilling of kemicals.

The fjord, and the nature around. Its 35 minutes drive for ski center at wintertime. Hiking in the mountains is nice with ski in the winter, and with mountain footwear in the spring, summer and autumn.

Oppvokst på Leikanger, bor og jobber daglig som prosjektleder i Probea AS På fritiden drar jeg til Leikanger eller reiser rund i hele Norden for å undervise i Tango, Salsa og Swing/Rock n Roll. Eller ellers rund i verden for å oppleve forskjellige kulturer. Eller danser selv. Jeg er også en ivrig hjemmebrygger der IPA er favoritten. Som turistvert på utleie av hus og båt har jeg holdt på siden 2005, og siden 2013 via AirBnB. Jeg leier også ut musikkanlegg og lys for å sette prikken over i en på hagefesten eller privatfesten, om du trenger hjelp til å snurre plater er det bare å gi meg et tema eller en ønskeliste så stiller jeg som DJ på festen for deg. Foto er en annen lidenskap jeg også dyrker når tiden er tilstede. Ingen ting er umulig, men noe tar bare litt lenger tid.
