This house is situated in a residential, calm area of Sanur which is very appreciated by our guests. The city center, beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, restaurants/cafe, shopping, supermarket, post office, brand new hospital are all close. You’ll love my place which was recently built because of its: coziness, high comfort, cleanliness, ambiance, decor, quietness, views, big pool, beautiful generous spaces, well ventilated and well located. My place is ideal for couples and families

It's a comfortable 90m2 double floor apartment, all for you, in a very spacious private house, with open views over rice fields.
For your exclusive private use:
• first floor 1 living room*, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom.
* This living room on the upper floor can be transformed to a bedroom for third/fourth adult or 2 children, on demand.
• ground floor kitchen, living/dining room, office desk and terrasse with huge comfortable sofas.
In the living area ground floor you get a "smart TV" with lots of international channels, included TV5 (french channel in french language); TV has a built-in internet connection which allows you to stream content from your favorite providers.
The gardens and outside spaces are beautifully decorated with flowers and trees. Your apartment/house has direct access to the garden and pool area. The pool area is to be shared with other two bungalows further in the back side of the property, however, it is very exclusive and quiet.

Main garden along the rice fields with large clean pool, gazebo with comfortable sun-mattresses and long chairs. There is also a barbecue area and pizza oven available for use on demand (conditions apply).
The use of a bathroom in the garden, with outdoor shower, indoor warm water shower and toilet.
On the backside of the house a second gazebo at a little fish pond with a cascading water feature - equipped with table, bench and chairs and dim lighting for romantic dining; this specific spot is quite fresh and surrounded by exotic and fragrant plants.
Free use of bicycles
