This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath gulf front unit is tastefully decorated with convenience, comfort, and relaxation in mind. The unit features a gourmet kitchen. Two of the bedrooms each feature a king sized bed with private bath, and one bedroom features two full beds with private bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The unit has over 2,300 square feet of living space, you have plenty of room to relax.

The extra-large balcony includes an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas grill and a private hot tub. The balcony has seating and dining areas overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

This unit is located on the tenth floor. The amenities include an indoor pool, sauna, seam room, tennis courts, and workout room. The lazy river is conveniently located in this tower, which is perfect for lounging in the sun! The amenities are state of the art with the most exclusive workout equipment available and beautifully appointed pool area. The complex also has a sun deck, outdoor play area, and multiple saltwater pools to enjoy.

The complex has four levels of parking with one reserved space for each unit. Additional parking is located in the upper levels of the parking structure.

Wireless internet is complementary with your stay. You also have the option of in room spa service for an additional fee.

* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 12, allows 2 cars in the covered parking garage

* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25.

* Payment due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations allowed 31 days outside of arrival for $100 cancellation fee plus non-refundable third party booking fee.

* Pets are not allowed.

* No rentals for anyone under the age of 25. The person making the reservation must stay on property for the duration of the reservation. Identification will be checked and no keys will be released to anyone under the age of 25 years old.

* Prohibited vehicles- No buses, rvs, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. This includes in all of our overflow lots. There is limited parking for oversized vehicles.

* Parking- After the two parking spaces that come with each unit, additional vehicles can be parked using the following options: in the garage- $25 per night, in the East overflow lot (3 driveways to the East of the property)-$15 per night, or at the Island Church on Canal Road (approximately 3 miles from property) at no charge. Parking passes for the overflow lots (including the Island Church lot) must be obtained from the Key Desk upon arrival (no advance parking reservations).

* Noise and damages- We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints or damages on property. Quiet time is 10:00 pm.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

?Per Turquoise Place HOA, delays in repairs from hurricane damage and Covid19 mandates are leaving limited access to some amenities. Outdoor pools ,lazy river, and tennis courts are tentatively closed until April 1. Indoor pools and exercise rooms are open. The HOA is in the process of having outdoor spaces repaired to include some balconies and unit hot tubs. These repairs are being done in periodic sections, the balconies affected can not be accessed during repair work but are able to be used after 5pm including the use of the outdoor grill. Dates are subject to change per HOA property management mandates.
