It has a private entry, private driveway, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (not a full kitchen) with coffee, etc. This space sleeps 4 with 3 beds - one queen bed in the large bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller bedroom. The space is not child or pet friendly. No smoking and no parties. Our home has monitored security and video surveillance outside at the driveway and at the pool entrance (not on the water - pool is NOT heated).

The pool (including the connected hot tub) is caged and not heated so the temperature is on the cooler side November through April and warms up May through October. We also have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and sunscreen for your trip to the beautiful beaches!

The neighborhood is a quiet area in Disston Heights; however, sometimes the peacocks can be loud and you may hear them running on the roof in the mornings :) They make our area extra special!
Take a nice relaxing walk through the neighborhood or go for a run on the trail at the rec center just a few blocks away.

This is our home so we may or may not be onsite during your stay but either way you have total privacy and full use of the facilities. If we are home, you probably will not even know. The guest suite is locked off from our living space with a separate private entry.
