Capital Escape is a 3 story colonial home with 4 BR, 3.5 Bath and has 3 stories. Please note that there is an addition behind garage where homeowners reside when they are not traveling to Asia. The rental unit is secure with it's own lock on both main entry door and side door to the garage.
Our house is decorated with comfort in mind, each room has comfortable bedding and common areas have enough space for everyone to enjoy. We have an old baby grand piano in living area, outdoor deck with dinning table & chairs, a seating area, BBQ Grill etc., Our Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, pots and pans, blender & coffee maker etc to make you feel right at home.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house except the locked closet and some cabinets that are locked in the kitchen. The car garage is locked, street parking is advised and plenty for everyone in your group. In the summer time, the pool area is shared with home owners, the pool is closed after labor day weekend.

My neighborhood is in a quite part of Herndon, located near Frying Pan Farm Park. You will find yourself in a very tranquil setting, easy to go for a walk or a quick run. If you want to enjoy the night life & entertainment, Tysons corner, Reston Town Center, Herndon old town and many other shopping centers are within 10-15 mins drive. We are also 15-20min drive from Loudoun county wineries.
