We love hot springs - that's partly how we ended up at Lava. We also are involved in developing the Intermountain Vipassana Meditation Center just outside of Lava, where 10-day residential courses in Vipassana meditation are offered. These courses are life-changing and are also offered free of charge. We are happy to share more information if you are interested. Maria practices Acupuncture and Chinese medicine out of her office on property. She has her own herbal pharmacy and makes individualized formulas for each patient. You can contact her if you would like treatment to just relax or if you would like to overcome more serious conditions. She has helped many people with chronic and acute health problems. We have been travelers in the past. Now with our young daughter we are a little more stationary, but we appreciate travelers and want you to have a great experience while you are at our place. We live in the main part of the house, and are usually around if you need anything, but leave you to your own otherwise.
