Mountain views from every window! Relax on your own private deck with a glass of wine or some yoga poses. It’s not unusual to see turkey, deer, many species of birds as well as white squirrels unique to this area. Be sure to keep an eye out for our resident groundhog, Mumford. We are close to DT Hendersonville, DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Bold Rock Cider, Sierra Nevada Brewing as well as several wineries. Beautiful Asheville and Biltmore Estate is approximately 30 minutes away.

This a private apartment with separate entrance in a secluded neighborhood. We live in the main house above the apartment. Our house sits on almost an acre of wooded mountain property. The space is light and airy with a homey feel. Ten minutes to Downtown Hendersonville.
Large bedroom features a private deck and large closet, queen bed and flat screen smart TV. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime video streaming are all included. The bedroom includes a desk perfect for working on a laptop as well as a cozy reading area with chair and side table. Fully stocked kitchen with range, fridge, microwave and other small appliances.
Complimentary tea and coffee. Bathroom has a stand up shower. The queen bed is extremely comfortable and has a memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are top quality. We have extra pillows, blankets and towels located inside the Airbnb for your comfort and convenience.

We live on the side of a mountain...therefore we have a steep driveway. If this makes you uncomfortable there is plenty of room to park at the top of the driveway in the cul de sac which is flat. Please be advised that if your tires are bald (or close) you may have trouble getting out. In this case we advise parking in the cul de sac and walking down.
There are steps down from the parking area and more to the apartment. Very easy unless you have a health issue that make stairs difficult. There is also a small step from floor to shower. Please see photos for stairs and shower.
There is not a thermostat control located in the Airbnb. The house is set at 72 degrees. If you are too cold please let us know so we can adjust the thermostat for you. We also keep extra blankets and a space heater in the closet located in the Airbnb.

We live in a very quiet neighborhood with large lots. It's very peaceful and serene. Our neighbors are very friendly but we only see them out walking their dogs or gardening.

Hi there! I am an extremely outgoing chatterbox who understands the true meaning of southern hospitality. I am a native of Asheville, NC and my husband is a native of Bogota, Colombia. We love having guests and believe everyone should come and enjoy the beauty of these spectacular mountains we call home. We are a very active family who enjoy the outdoors every chance we get...hiking, fishing, biking or just enjoying a walk in our tranquil neighborhood. I am a bit of a yoga nut and my husband is extremely passionate about soccer. He's also an accomplished classical guitarist and we enjoy practicing music together and taking in shows.
