Our place is located in the residential area of Massanutten Resort and is close to tons of paid activities, including the water park and ski slopes. The home was built in 1971 and offers ample space for you to enjoy. There are great views from any of the 4 decks! Our place can accommodate small and big groups, and is pet friendly. The house also has outstanding technology. Access to Massanutten timeshare facilities and activities is limited.

The breakdown of the sleeping spaces is as follows:
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom w/ King size bed
Sectional couch that pulls out into a queen
Downstairs:
Bedroom1-King
Bedroom2-1 King AND a sleeper sofa
Bedroom3-Queen
So, all together theres 3 King beds, 1 queen bed . plus 2 sleeper sofas

Guests have access to the entire space with exception of the closet in the master bedroom. There is an armoire in the master bedroom for the purpose of hanging clothes.

Rockingham County has a 5% occupancy tax that is in addition to the 4% Virginia State tax that Air BnB collects at your time of booking. I will need to collect this on the day you arrive.
We have a security system in place. As your stay approaches, we'll discuss the keyless entry code to access the house.
Please keep in mind that this is a family vacation home. It will have pictures hung and some personal items there.
Also remember this house is located in a residential area where full time families live. All renters are asked to be respectful of neighbors. Absolutely no loud parties are allowed.

It's so incredibly quiet and relaxing. Yet, it is so close to available activities. Our home is located inside the secure gated four season resort. To obtain access to the resort after 9pm, you will need to get a visitors pass from the front gate. You can do so by telling them the address of the property.
