Walk to great restaurants, shopping, mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining! Direct beach access across a sleepy, neighborhood street. Every apartment inside has been recently renovated to have a modern, yet comfortable, coastal feel, and the outside has been updated with a new outdoor deck/pergola, patio, and beautiful landscaping and lighting.
This efficiency is VERY small (the kitchen, dining, sofa, and bed - all in one picture), but you can't beat the location!!! You'll enjoy the clean, modern feel of this unit so much you'll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space. When the murphy bed is up, a table is available to use and you can enjoy extra space in the apartment (the sofa during the day is a great feature of this unit!). The murphy bed easily opens and closes, and has one of the most comfortable Queen size mattress by BeautyRest. The couch even turns into a single bed that works great for a child in a pinch.
Although the units are beautiful, most importantly they are fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation and they are extremely clean. You will notice that common comment throughout our reviews. Every mattress is encased and all linens are professionally cleaned between guests. We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly enjoy your stay.
We provide everything you would find at a traditional hotel (iron/ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, linens), and so much more - glasses/plates, quality utensils, cookware, bar items, blender, toaster, etc. You only need to bring a swimsuit to enjoy your beach vacation. No need to stop at the dollar store for beach items that will be thrown away, because we also provide: QUALITY beach towels, beach bag, wagon or cart, chairs, toys, personal coolers, and umbrellas!
There is also an outdoor shower, outdoor common area with a pergola, chat area and grills, as well as an onsite laundry room. Starter coffee, shampoo, soap, and starter paper goods are provided. If you would like groceries or other items from Publix delivered ahead of your arrival, we can forward a link for ordering items and set a one-time code for the delivery.

Every apartment has been renovated to have a modern, yet comfortable and sophisticated coastal feel. There are several areas outside to relax, plenty of grills, lots of complimentary beach gear for you to use, and you are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and soft lighting at night. We truly know the value of a vacation, and the importance of rest while traveling for work. We have tried to think of everything you would need from shampoo/hair dryer/iron board, to a beach bag w/towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagons. Each unit is furnished with high quality mattresses/stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and luxury linens.
