The Kitchen is fully equiped ( central island, fridge, oven, NESPRESSO machine). One Bathroom with a shower and a bathtub (washing machine, towels and a hair dryer). The Bedroom has a King size bed , closets and linen.
The Loft has Wifi internet as well as central heating.

Would appreciate if my guests could turn off the lights and the heat when out of the apartment, also not finding dirty dishes in the sink is very appreciable.
The place is non smoking but you will find an ashtray on the balcony.
