Minutes away from Tyson's Corner Malls I & II, galore eating/entertainment/shopping. 2 Metro stops 5min driving/25min walking and 30min to DC! Near quaint town of Vienna, 2013's second safest town in Virginia. 25min drive to Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center & Dulles Int'l Airport for a quick arrival and getaway!

Please note the following about your room that is part of a private apartment in a completely remodeled basement of a split foyer home:
- Built in USB connections as part of outlets in room/bathroom.
- Bathroom nook for easy access to your toiletries.
- Independent lighting switches for dimming lights over bed area.
- Large closet with floor full length glass doors so you can yourself dressed, and "Container Store" shelving and dresser inside.
- Access to kitchen from within private apartment

You will be staying in Secure private apartment containing your own room/bath, with cypher lock access (your own code) to foyer and key access to enter your room.
You will be sharing a full kitchen and living room with another guest in his/her own private room/bath, and also have full access to the apartment entrance foyer and washer/dryer area.
I as the landlord occupy the upper portion of the split foyer home. Per safety regulations you have an egress from the private apartment to the front door of my home.

You can park on the street in front of my home. Please do not park in driveway or in front of any of the other homes on the street.

Your room is within a private 2BR/2Bath apartment in the basement of a split foyer home in the neighborhood of "Tyson's Green". it is nicely nested minutes away (really) from Tyson's Corner Mall 1 and 2. A notable characteristic is that this neighborhood is encircled by the last forest in Tyson's which acts as a nice sound barrier. Visitors are surprised how quite the neighborhood is considering is proximity to metro stations and surrounding Tyson's area.
