On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.
房源空間
This cottage is freestanding, with no other apartments attached to this newly renovated home built by our grandfather in the 1930s. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, dishwasher, electric kettle, washing machine, TV, hairdryer and crib for a baby.
其他注意事項
We are happy to provide additional recommendations of places to eat and towns to visit in while you are in Moneglia. We're especially fond of the hiking trails with exquisite views of the Ligurian Riviera. Several trails begin only 5 minutes away from the cottage by foot.

Restaurants
Assirto: Forbes Magazine rated this as one of the best restaurants in the US. It’s small, romantic and run by Jean Luca who has built his menu around local wines and produce.
Trattoria Pagliettini: It’s outside of town on the hills, in the small and enchanted settlement of Comeglio. Its reacheable by car, 10 mins from Moneglia’s center. They offer a real traditional menu, being themselves the fourth generation of the same family who created the restaurant. No fish, but really delicious and handmade traditional dishes made using fresh and local ingredients. We as a family never miss going there. The road is small and requires some skill, but it’s a great experience itself. Drive carefully and book it in advance if on weekends. 25/30 euros per person. Highly recommended.
Pizzeria/restaurant:
La Pagoda is in the Hotel Moneglia. Their pizza is special and they use no yeast in the dough; really delicious and unique,.
Il Ciocco: pretty good, Piazza Tarchioni 15
Il Molo: via W. Burgo 62
Fish Restaurants:
Tender: on the palm avenue (Corso Libero Longhi, downtown), good food, mainly fish.
La Ruota: In the small settlement of Lemeglio, amazing view, among the best fish ever, but probably the most expensive in town.
Bistrot Julia: New place opened by the the former owner of another historical restaurant, state of the art fish and champagne, as romantic as it gets.
Shops:
Grocery Supermarkets: There’s a supermarket in the main alley (Via Vittorio Emanuele) and one past the Santa Croce church. They are not as convenient as you might expect them to be.
Small grocery: Alimentari Mancuso - via A. Caveri 14 - Great quality. Alimentari Maccà, Via Vittorio Emanuele 1 (Just say you are renting Caveri’s place)
Pane/Focaccia/Pizza take away: The best ones are “Pizza a Metri” Libero Longhi next to pharmacy and “Panificio Castellucchio” 133, Via Vittorio Emanuele
Drinks:
Due di Coppe - wine and beer on tap and a large selection of bottles
Bibite Dasso - vico di libero longhi 4; probably the most convenient for any kind of drink. It’s downtown, just behind Derna restaurant, just a few yards past the pharmacy, in a small alley.
