Approximately 30-45 minutes to/from the FLL airport, Brightline & Tri-Rail train stations in Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas Blvd, the convention center and more... Brightline goes to Palm Beach, close to shops and restaurants, and to Miami.
Approximately 10-20 minutes by car to/from outlets at Sawgrass Mills Mall, Swap Shop, BB &T center, parks, County water parks, and more.
Approximately 45 to 60 minutes to Miami / South Beach depending on traffic.
Private Room with Queen Bed in beautiful 3bed / 2.5 bath Townhome in Broward County, Florida. Towels provided. Room on second floor. Security cameras in common spaces. Small dog lives here too.

Private bedroom and bathroom in shared townhome with washer and dryer ($5 additional), wi-fi and full kitchen.
You will access the property with a code. The community is gated and if the gates are closed upon check in, you will need to use the call box to be buzzed in. The code and additional gate instructions will be provided on the day of check-in. You will be given a gate access card once you check in so that you can open the gate during your stay. This card must be left in the room when you check out.

Treat my home with care. Please do not wear your shoes on the carpet; there is a black tray by the front door where you can leave them.
The use of the washer and dryer is $5 additional. Please do not leave the patio door open at any time and remember to lock the front door with the code when you leave the home at any time.
