This is a 1860's historic building with amazing new renovations in the center of town. That being said, please be aware its not 110% sound proof.

Just to be super clear, this is a non smoking apartment and we accept dogs on a case by case basis. Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on couch or beds in order to respect the next guests. All all dogs must have their shots, be on a flea and tick med/protocol, and be spayed or neutered.
Complete architect led renovation post Tropical Storm Irene. Believe it or not, this apartment is designed to be completely submerged! Much effort was taken into making this a cutting edge energy efficient and healthy apartment. The apartment is an AIA VT Award Winner and also featured in a coffee table book. LineSync Architecture designed the building and unit - their studio is just up the street.

Entrepreneur, guitarist, landlord, skier, snowboarder, downhill mountain biker. Love to travel to any big mountains, blue water, or any place that speaks another language and eat different food. I have been living 50/50 NYC VT for the past 15 years but recently moved full time to VT. I hope you get at least 75 days on the snow in this year and 90 total at the Mount Snow if you include DH Biking. This spaces I curate for AirBnb are of a standard in which I would be super excited to vacationing myself. I treat other peoples stuff like it was my own - a karma thing.
