Mauritius is a small island. During Summer time, we usually have a shortage of water. I would advise to use water carefully, although, it shouldn't be a problem at our property, since we've got a newly water storage system, installed.
We've recently renovated the place.
Changed the showers, fixed the water issue and repainted the entire apartment.

It's a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Since the beach is near, I'd strongly suggest a walk at the beach in the early morning for the fresh air and the cold water during Summers.

Usually, I'm there on the first day to receive the guests and to make sure that they are settled down, but anytime guests have any trouble, I can be contacted and I'll try to get the problem resolved ASAP.
