Welcome to Art House – a classic two story beach house featuring an eclectic array of artwork. Just a short stroll to the beach and shops, this stunning weatherboard home has been renovated and expanded in the past 12 months, making it perfect for family beach-side getaways.
Soak in sweeping views from the Apollo Bay harbor to Cape Patton, and the majestic green rolling hills of the Otways.
Floor to ceiling windows wrap around designated living and dining zones on the upper level.

Downstairs features three bedrooms all with built in robes and electric wall heaters, and a combined 4th bedroom/2nd living area rumpus room with deck. There are two bathrooms – the family bathroom features a large free-standing designer spa bath, shower and vanity. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate toilet, and separate laundry downstairs.
The cleverly designed garden features a small orchard, lawns, berry patch, herb beds, extensive bird-attracting native plantings and an undercover children’s play space. The yard is fully fenced.
Art House has been lovingly and thoughtfully furnished and decorated by the owners.
