The house is on a corner plot and the backyard is closed off with gates which make it pet friendly. You can enter the backyard through a motorgate where you can park your car and trailer if you prefer. The beach is across the road where you can go for leasurely walks or take a swim in the tidal pool (at the beach take a left and you will see a big park with a small little beach pool which is very nice for kids and grownsups to swim in). On the first level where the second lounge/entertainment area is, you have access to a small balcony with beautiful views of the ocean.
