Located on the first floor of a walk-up 1900 building, our place is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to stay right in the city centre. A handful of fancy restaurants are round the corner and the "mercat" that gives name to the square, is literally within arm's reach. The apartment is in a quiet area and neighbours are pleasant and respectful. Please be reminded that if you are looking for a place to party all night this is NOT the right choice!

Big supermarket called Consum is around the corner on your right when exiting the building.
There is a smaller shop at the corner with av. Guillem de Castro, which is open on Sundays as well.
In front of the building there is a fresh food market. Check the bar at the main entrance famous for typical Spanish branches.
Airport is 30 min away by metro, direct line.
Closest metro stop Angel Guimera is 5 min walking.
Central market is 10 min walking.
Main square Plaza de Ayuntamiento is 10 min walking.
For the beach use metro to Maritim Sereira, 30 min ride approx, or bus 92 with the bus stop at Gran via Fernando de Catolico.

"El Botanic" is an up and coming neighbourhood. Just roam the streets to discover new and amazing restaurants, cafes and shops. For a lazy Sunday morning, chill out at the Botanical Gardens. If you however did skip your decaf, ride your bike along "the river", this is how we call Park Turia.
Of course the apartment is right in the city centre, so stretch your legs to discover Valencia on foot.
Neighrbourhoods for good food and drinks: El Carmen, Ruzafa, Canovas.
Recomended places to eat:
-try typical Spanish brunch right in front of the building, at the "Bar Rojas Clemente", famous among locals;
-"Dulce de leche boutique" with three locations around the city for sweet tooth and an amazing brunch.
- for lunch try Yuso serving famous Spanish rice (reservation is recommended), Maria Mandiles, and tapas at the Central market bar or bar Boatella in front of the Central market.
