This is a fully renovated old house in the UNESCO World Heritage Zone with easy access to all the tourist sites. The home accommodates up to 8 persons (including children above 2 years old) with modern facilities. Enjoy staying right by the Melaka River with its magnificent view. Whats more,you could have a variety of food selection that could be delivered right to your door from our cafe should you feel like staying in and lazing around overseeing the Melaka river from the room balcony.

This home provides modern comfort amidst the old city. Situated in the UNESCO World Heritage zone, it is 5-15 minutes walking distance from all the tourist/historical sites and Jonker Night Market on the weekends . The guesthouse accommodates 8 persons comfortably.

The pantry and dining area is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, hot water boiler & toaster. Drinking water, coffee and tea is provided. The living area comes with cable TV. There is a hot/cold water shower room for the occupants of the quad (2 queen sized beds) room and double (1 queen sized bed) on the lower level. The master bedroom upstairs with a king sized bed has a balcony with a view of the river ; the perfect place to chill out in the evenings. The ensuite hot/cold water shower and complete with an extraordinary heritage bathtub bigger than the normal size. It has a private walk-in wardrobe area. The indoor area of the house is a 'no smoking' zone (except for the outdoor balcony in the master bedroom)

Parking : We do not have dedicated private parking in this part of the Heritage Zone. There are on-street parking bays available in front of the building and along the same street based on parking coupon system @RM0.60 per hour : Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm, Sat : 8am to 1pm or @RM5.00 per day. Please note that we would not be able to preblock these public parking bays. Thank you

This part of Melaka has a quaint old charm to it. Historically, the river at the back of the house was used by boats for the spice trade. The grounds of the old Javanese Village still remains across the river. The buildings along the river used to be go downs and redistribution stores for trade. One could take a walk, jog or dine at any of the restaurants and cafe's by the scenic river. A 20 minute walk along the river brings you to a the Melakan Morten Village. Trading on this street continues as wholesalers still operate in this neighbourhood. Temple street, Jonker (Night Market) Street, Heeren Streets, Stadhuys and historical sites are within 250 metres. Two prominent shopping complexes are within 20 minutes walk.
